AIRF General Secretary Shri.Shiva Gopal Mishra has written a letter to Railway Board regarding that early disbursement of Productivity Linked Bonus to Railway Employees.
The disbursement of Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) is done every year well before Pooja Festivals so as to facilitate employees to plan and celebrate the festival in appropriate manner. However the order for the PL Bonus to the employees for the financial year 2011-12 are yet to be issued by the Railway Board.
The Ministry of Finance had earlier issued office memorandum regarding the grant of non-productivity linked bonus (ad-hoc bonus) to the central government employees for the year 2011-12. The bonus will be equivalent to 30 days emoluments (Read : Non-Productivity Linked Bonus order issued)
